From my professional training, and over 10+ years of clinical experience, I have become skilled in addressing whatever issues are 'underneath' an eating disorder, such as body image problems, rigidity, anxiety, perfectionism, depression, and self-esteem challenges.
In my work, I focus on helping you make sense of the patterns, thoughts, and behaviors that keep things feeling stuck, while also supporting more flexibility and connection to what matters most.
My approach is integrative, relational, and individualized. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Remediation Therapy (CRT), and the 8 Keys to Recovery from an Eating Disorder, and tailor treatment to each person's needs and goals.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree from Fordham University. I've worked across higher levels of care and outpatient settings and have seen people at many phases of their struggle.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at the beach and with my dog.
